   * Fixed a thinko introduced in 2.3-4 causing sitemap to use wrong
     start directories and to emit empty sitemaps, and maybe even
     garbage.  Closes: #206561.
   * Improved niceness of outputted HTML.
   * Fixed a bug in the automatic computation of the prefix (probably also
     introduced in 2.3-4).  Nobody noticed!
   * Fixed the documentation for 'prefix'.
   * Cleaned the code up a bit (mainly replaced home_dir with the more
     appropriate start_dir).
   * Minor fixes.
